Jasmine villa
« on: October 21, 2008, 03:19:51 AM »
I have booked a villa in Kalkan for next july and I''m really excited about going. I was wondering if anyone has any info in relation to the villa I have booked. IE location etc. The villa from owners direct is linked here. http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/turkey/TK674.htm. I really appreciate any comments. Cannot wait to go.

Oh lucky you it looks devine, close to town so no taxi''s needed, but still check out Kalamar each club etc. Sure skipping back to the advert will see you through the winter months, if it is your 1st trip to Kalkan you are in for a real treat.

I checked out this villa in September very private and close to the town. I think this would be a quiet area as there are no houses to the left or behind you, only what looks like two local houses to the right, the villa is accessed by a long path meandering through the garden. The only downside is it will take some time before you enjoy the morning sun because of its location at the foot of the hill.
I think you have chosen well, enjoy.

in july you will be thankful to have slightly later morning sun, i would imagine it reaches that house about 9 am at the latest in july. far nicer than having the sun blasting through you curtains at 7 am as you do on the othe side of the bay.
