1 day boat trip for 8 - advice

Were going to be in kalkan mid august and would like to meet up with another family, and share a boat  for the day - maybe go to Kekova? Because its mid august and theres only 8 of us, can anyone reccomend a boat for 8 (4 adults + 4 children)? Or should we just wander down to the harbour the evening before and take pot luck on something being available the following day?

We hired Yildiz 2 when we were there in June - there were 6 of us, but I think it holds 8. Fanastic day, Adem was a star and it only came to about £30 each including all the (delicious)food and drink - our favourite day of the entire holiday

sorry, Bobbieblue...meant to say....our friends who organised it went down to the harbour a few days in advance of our trip to "strike the deal"
