Prime Minister of Turkey to open new road at end of June

Thanks John. I love your picassa web site it keeps me posted about what is happening to the road below my apartment!! In May they were very busy and noisy but I got used to it. Can''t wait to see how it will look in September but in the meantime I have you web site to keep me up to speed.Once again thanks for sharing!!!

As we drove to Dalaman yesterday the workers were spraying a bitumen layer on the road surface. Once this has set( and in 35 deg heat who knows when!) the next step would be to lay the final surface. Here''s waiting!

thanks you all for your replies and keep the photos coming it looks unlikely thati will drive on the new road unless i come back next year
