Saytash Apartments

Me & my wifie are visiting Kalkan for the 1st time in September for 2 weeks, and I''ve seen a good offer for the Saytash Apartments.  I cannot see any previous visitors there, could anyone shed any light? 

Any other recommendations would be very welcome, especially if they are not in the top ten in trip advisor as they appear to be mostly fully booked.
