Just looked at the link you posted and found pictures of the interior of our apartment on the site. We are not selling nor have we given this company permission to use them, I can feel a call to the solicitor coming.

Sorry about that [or it may be useful for you now to know what they have apparantly done] ; ss I said I have no connection whatsoever with the company in question and I only kept the site address for the map as I thought that it was quite useful and I have not seen another as good
Best maybe to avoid the solicitor route as it will be (a) expensive (b) tortuous and (c) nonproductive - better to just tell them nicely and see where that gets you
p.s. how did they get the photos if they are interior shots and you didn''''t know - spooky or what ??

Sorry I wasn''t suggesting you are involved with this agent, just glad I looked at the link. Been in contact with them and they said that when they turned up to take photos of the empty apartments someone told them ours was for sale. Mrs B is very distressed at this invasion of privacy and wants the locks changed again (second time). I take security very seriously and will be extremely unhappy if I find out people are being let in to the apartment without our knowledge, this is after all our home. Meanwhile I''m trying to find out.

1. Who told them our apartment was for sale?
2. Who let them in?
3. How have they got a key?

We arrive Thursday, so looks like my 1st day of the holiday will entail having a row with someone.

We had a similar experience. I googled the name of our apartment and found a website we weren''t connected with. They had ''lifted'' the contents of another website we do use to advertise our property. They however didn''t put a link to our contact details! Both ourselves and the website we use told them to remove our pages.
