 I have spent many years building houses and apartments for reputable companies and i can tell you not many care as customer care or aftersales is straight of the profit margin and not deemd a build cost.
 Here''s a gem of advise given to me a while ago in the building industry "believe half what you see and nothing you here and you won''t go far wrong"
