My favourite waste of time

I'm a newbie to this wonderful site, and I can't stop reading through all the posts we've booked to go to Kalkan July '16.

I love researching new holiday area's and the 'holiday reports' written by members are fabulous, transporting me there daily, suddenly I look up from my screen to find 2 or 3 hours have gone by in a flash ..............Any volunteers to do my cleaning??

You've made a great choice and although you have to wait a year for your holiday that will fly by reading the blogs and other posts on this site.

You have indeed made a good choice Justus2. You'll wonder why you ever holidayed anywhere else by the time you've experienced Kalkan for yourself. Meanwhile sit back and enjoy the ride

I can't complain I've been abroad twice this year and numerous road trips in our campervan (sadly now sold) We live on the South West coast so it's like being on holiday most days

You really will be hooked and happy after your first visit to Kalkan. We would never have thought that we would revisit a holiday destination until we happened upon this special place. We've been going back ever since!!  I would recommend that you read every post but don't be put off by personal opinions..... it really is a really special place to relax and unwind.
