Villa/apartment with private pool very close to town Sept 2015

Hi all, just returned from another fab week in Kalkan and are already looking for next September but for 2 weeks thus time. We want a villa or apartment with a private pool as close to town as poss as too many steep hills are a prob for my dad. The villa we have just stayed in was fine but we would ideally like something closer. To sleep 4 adults mid sept for two weeks so not too expensive as there is only 4 of us to share the price and nothing up the hill/mountain side past D400. Thanks all
