Property Management Companies

Hi,

We have recently purchased a property in Kalkan and have had Kalkan Property Services recommended by our agent.
Does anyone have any experience of them (good or bad)?

Won't say good or bad and am going back a few years now.

As a single women felt slightly intimidated by the Turkish manager.  While we were with them they provided a good service just felt a bit uncomfortable, others will have a different opinion I am sure.

Moved our custom to Abi Travel run by an English woman and Turkish man.  Both are very friendly and helpful and respond very quickly to emails.  Been with them since moving from KPS and would not consider changing.

We have used KPS for almost 10 years now. During all of that time their basic service has always been very good and they have been excellent at helping both us and our guests resolve problems that come with owning and holidaying in Turkey, including:

Getting building faults in our villa that came to light a couple of years after purchase fixed by the builder

Dealing with the electricity companies after we got a 150,000TL bill, that needed a trip to Antalya to sort out

When choosing a property management company, trust, honesty and dependability are in our opinion the most critical factors. Having engaged KPS in 2004 our experience and that of many other KPS customers who we know is totally.
The management and their team provide a first class service, frequently exceed expectations and we trust them completely to look after our property and guests.
