Mattress Toppers
« on: July 16, 2014, 02:49:16 PM »
Hello everyone,

Just wondered if you knew where in Kalkan, or surrounding area, we might be able to buy a mattress topper and do you have any idea what sort of prices they are? Superking size bed.

Thanks lovelies. Only 9 days to go, can't wait.

Hi I got mine in fethyie, although I'm sure the new shop next to chillies restaurant sells them. I paid around £100 which, but it made a real difference..

Yes the new shop near Chillis does do them (3 types) of varying thickness. I bought mine from IKEA at home & brought it out with me as they do the same sizes eg 200 x160 etc

We took ours out last year, purchased from Dunelm Mill, cost about £24 in the sale as we hadn't seen them in Kalkan. Bought one of the extra large vacuum bags from Poundland and it went into our hold luggage. Made a big difference to our bed.

At home we have an all singing, all dancing deluxe bed with part sprung part memory foam mattress. It cost us an arm and a leg but has been worth it's weight in gold until it comes to holidays in Kalkan. Why are the mattresses so blummin' hard? I usually have sore hips for the first few days of holiday having been seriously spoilt with our bed at home.  :)
