The Dream is definitely closed. I was there yesterday morning. There were also workmen on the roof of the Samira, so assume that is also now closed. The Pirat usually closes around the end of October too.

KTLN has a section on what is open during the winter.   Under hotels they list Nur, Patara Prince, Pirat and Zinbad.

Pirat 2 (with the swimming pools) closes around about now but Pirat 1 stays open for the whole year.

Spoke to one of the lads who works at one of the hotels today, it seems that there is only the Pirat open at the moment they did mention that it may close at Christmas time but not certain.  Work has started on one or two already pulling down roof tops etc so think Kalkan is going to be a very dusty place this winter what with the renewing of ther roads &  other building works.
