Elvina apartments

Hi,We are thinking of staying here and I was wondreing if anyone could give me the heads up on them.
Eg. What are they like and their proximity to a supermarket etc and distance into town?
Have stayed in Kalkan once before,at Lycian city. Is Elvina near here or some place else entirely?

This is where we've booked - arriving on 10th Sept 2013.
I shall let you know what we thought.

Through a lot of research I found the best apartment style was the Duplex Infinity Pool Apartments. You have a choice of the Infinity, Standard and Penthouse. I was tempted by the Penthouse but apparently there is no shade on the terrace! I also fell in love with the idea of walking straight into your own (shared with another!) infinity pool.

I'm crossing everything.

Alex,cheers for reply. If we do go it'll be 16-23 of Sept so may see you there. We're thinking of the infinity pool option ourselves as the lack of shade up top could be a problem

The Elvina apartments are quite a way out compared to the other apts you have stayed in.
Also I would be surprised if they didn't even have parasols on the roof terrace, it will be worth asking the owner as it is standard to have these on furnished roof terraces.

That was one of my concerns, the distance from the town but no pain no gain, those views are amazing and the price reflects this.
We leave on the 22nd so will definitely see you there. Are they offering you the free airport transfers?
I've had confirmation that the Infinity apartment do have parasols.

Not got in contact with them yet,only saw it last night and they're closed until Tue,so will ask about the transfers then.

Just to give you a heads up on the location, the walk from town is fairly easy walk along Kalamar Road but the last bit is up a very steep hill

Try the Komurluk area of town.10 minutes from the town easy walk,yet lovely and quiet.The best views and longest sunsets in kalkan.We have an amazing 2 bed apartment called Caretta,in Komurluk.Pm me if you would like more details.
