3T Hotel and Apartments

We are visiting Kalkan for the first time and cant wait to get there after reading this great forum. We are staying at the 3T Hotel and Apartments, any information re distance to town etc would be great.

3T hotel and Apartments is situated in kalamar Bay, it is about a 15 min walk in to town, and about a 5 min taxi ride which costs about 16 lira each way. There is also a local mini bus that runs every hour to the town, starting at 10 am till 3pm and then again if I remember rightly from last year 7pm and the last bus in to town is 8pm, Don't know the the times coming back because we always walk.
There are a few cafes and bars on the walk in to town, there is also a cafe opposite 3T, house cafe and 5 mins walk up the road there is cafe Vita, and Aqua bar so if you don't fancy going in to town every night there are eating places close by and they all serve good food.
There is also a couple of supermarkets close by, kalamar Beach Club is about a 2 min walk from 3T.

We're going on July 8th for 10 nights. We've been to Icmeler for last few years and thought we would try somewhere else and after reading up on the forum decided this would be great.

In July you might want to allow yourselves a bit longer than 15 mins to walk in as it will be very hot and if you don't want to end up a sweaty mess by the time you reach the centre of Kalkan, I'd recommend a few "refreshment stops" on the way.
