Bus to Saklikent Gorge

Hi everyone,

Our very long awaited trip to Kalkan is now just a week away!

We're going to play what we do when there by ear but are considering a trip to Sakilkent Gorge as having looked at photos it looks like a great experience. We won't want to do a tour or full-day trip incorporating carpet factory visits, just go down ourselves for a few hours in the morning/afternoon. If anyone could advise us if a local bus service is available that would be great.

First time we went two adults two children I hired a town taxi for the day....the driver knew one of the restaraunts outside the gorge and stayed there...asleep most of the time  Second time our villa owner arranged her guy to take us there and back....good this about this is you leave and return from your villa.....

The taxi driver brought us back a different way lovely drive with some amazing views..through a few very small villages...we came out the top end of town.....
