Villa maintenance

I am buying a villa in Kalkan and need to sort out a maintenance provider.  I would prefer to go with someone who has been recommended so if you are a villa owner with a company you have found to be reliable could you give me some advice.  Thanks.

We too are buying a villa at the moment and would love some suggestions re companes/individuals, prices and the various options for property maintenance - we have heard such varying amounts quoted and would appreciated hearing from those of you in the know! We will be starting this when the winter hits and will not be around, so want to get it right. We will then be letting the property. Many thanks

Its very important to find someone you trust.  we have been with the same company since we first owned our apartment and thye are 100% reliable and trustworthy as is all their team.

We have had our villa for over ten years, and have used Karyn  for four years, and we are extremely happy with her organisation. Her main man, Irfan, has been our gardener (we have one of the best kept gardens in Kalkan), handyman/poolman and is wonderful…he takes great pride in his work in the garden and the villa, and during the winter months he visit the Villa everyday to check our security. Karyn speaks great Turkish and lived here for many years, which is a advantage.

Her Office is Azura Homes, next to the Ucar Manav (fruit and veg shop) and opposite the Hunkar Ocakbasi.
