7.45 in the morning and boiling hot already.A quick shower would be wonderful! You need so little clothes you could probably manage with just hand luggage! The beach has got a lot busier since school hols have started.

OMG Which school holidays I was hoping to be just ahead of the rush when I come on the 8th July. English schools haven't broken up then (I thought)

Most state sxchools in England break up 20th July although private schools break up on 6th July.

I have another question for those currently out there......which evenings does the Fish Terrace have live music.....trying to work out some sort of schedule so we can fit in our favourite restaurants and try a few highly recommended new ones!

This seems an apt titled topic so here goes, on another forum a family has written asking what restaurants/beach clubs, if any, would be open March 30th to April 13th, 2013 please.

I doubt that any beach clubs will be open that early but with Easter being early next year - some may well open early I guess...there will be plenty of restaurants open.

Incidentally - it is the turkish schools that are finished for the Summer now..!!

Thank you for your response Felicity, truly appreciated.  Thanks for the welcome itstime, hope you're keeping well.  As you've realised, i'm not so active on here these days but do pop in from time to time !!  Where I am active, I still recommend Kalkan to people, even if they only go there for the day !!
