Swift/BIC code for Denizbank Kalkan?

Hi,

What is the SWIFT (BIC) code for Denizbank in Kalkan???

I need to transfer payment for a deposit on a villa rental. I have been given SWIFT code DENITRIS232 but my bank in the UK says this SWIFT code is not valid, and also it is not recognised on www.swift.com

Yet the accomodation Agent says it is correct?

Please can someone advise?
