Kalamar Dream - walkable distance? taxi cost?

Hi everyone,

I've had the suggestion from someone on trip advisor to look at this villa and it's lovely! It may be a little too much for only 8 people money wise though...

We were wondering if it really is walkable to bars and restaurants? Are there many gigantic hills in the way??

And if not how much would a cost? In the day time and evening?

Hi Llondon,

It is a 15 min walk into town, I have done it loads of times. If you want to get a taxi back after a night out its costs approx 8/10 tl.

The nearest shops / bars are a 5 min walk away.

It's a pleasant walk into town passed several bars cafes hotels and restaurants, mainly along a quiet but well lit road with a footpath, only one 'significant' hill on the way back, not as steep as many in Kalkan and is thankfully short. I've done 95% of the walk many times and never had the urge to get a taxi (Kalamar Dream is just passed our villa).
