Villa Limyros

Does anyone have any information on this villa?  General standard, access time to village, plus any other information?

I believe it was newly built in 2011

Looking at the map it seem to be about 5 minutes walk to the town (downhill)

It's position seems to be ok. It looks like it's up in the roads behind our apartment at the Emir, which are in an excellent location. It's probably a few minutes walk away (but up hill).

Thanks both. We have rented it  for a couple of weeks in May (from Agni, who we know to be a good agent from experience in Corfu).  Our first time in Kalkan and we are unfamiliar with areas, distances etc,. so your comments are reassuring.
