villa maintenance fees

I have heard villa owners say they pay from 3,000 - 4,500£ annually in maintenance fees depending on who manages the villa.  Size does not seem to related to amount.

How much do you think is reasonable and what do you expect for the price ?  Gardening, pool, meeting guest renters, repairs, bill payment ... what else?  How many hours / week or per month do you think your management team spends on work related to your villa ?

By way of comparison, a full-time employee working 42 hrs weekly earns something between 900 - 1400 TL monthly (£310 - £482 ) plus approximately 370 TL (£128) monthly for social insurance including accountant fees if they are regularly employed and enrolled.

Hi,
We are not paying anything like the fees above. The villa is rented during the season and we and our guests are very happy with the service. The villa is cleaned twice a week and there is a pool and garden service daily. The manager meets and greets, no matter what time they arrive and calls with the guests regularly. I thought the fees we pay were the norm. Obviously not!
