My husband and I had a wonderful 12 day holiday with friends. They made us feel so welcome (but i'm sure we were a pain some times). Their villa was beautiful, the senery was breathtaking, who wouldn't want to see the bay first thing in the mornings when opening your curtains? I already miss it.
Our hosts took us to some great places, but i think my favourite place was the Saklekant Gorge, my god was the water cold though, but i braved it and stood underneath the waterfall fully clothed!! I would personally say that our fav resturant was the 'lighthouse', quality as well as quantity for good value and they do delicious ice cream!!
You can not go to Turkey and not try the PIDE......DELICIOUS.
We will return again in the future but not for a few years though. We've been to other parts of Turkey, but Kalkan beat them hands down.
