2.75 - 2.78 after commission in the local shops today.

2.88 at Deniz bank and 2.81 at kiosk below PTT.

Yes we got 2.81 (no commission) at the kiosk today too but has fluctuated quite a bit over the past week - also varies from one place to another so you really need to shop around. Generally speaking its better to exchange here than in UK so check if the 2.80 quoted is inclusive of commission and is also not the buy back rate.
