Back from hols 2 days and have already booked for 2012

Well, we had a fabulous first trip to Kalkan. Stayed at the 3T, this was a great budget aparthotel, lovely staff, great location. We liked the Kalamar Bay area, spent some time at the great free beach and the Kalamar beach Club. The 20 min walk into town was fine, esp as we got into the habit of stopping off for a drink at the lovely PaperMoon hotel on the way, the owners there are lovely.

Other things we did - Kalkan boat trip, Kekova boat trip, Saklikant jeep safari- the river rafting is brilliant, went to the Palm Beach club, public beach in Kalkan, ate lots of great food etc etc

We had such a great 2 weeks that I have already booked for next year, a more upmarket apartment this time, not far from the Cafe Vita. He he, only been back 2 days. We'll be staying for three weeks next year.

Another one thats caught the (Kalkan) bug....... there is no known cure

ah but there is treatment......take one or two weeks as often as possible!

Helise, pleased that you love Kalama bay area, my daughter has a villa near to 3Ts Hotel, yes they are very friendly there we will be in Kalama in six days, and having those wonderful chips at cafe vita, yum yum.
