Kalkan Maps

I know there is a pinned topic with a link to printable Kalkan maps but I'm sure that there used to be access to a simplified map showing the locations of all the restaurants (or most of them anyway!)  Any idea where I can find this? Some friends of mine are going to Kalkan last two weeks in September and as this is on my recommendation I want to make sure they are armed with all the necessary info on what is where.  There are a couple of restaurants I want to recommend that they try and pointing them out on a map is going to be easier than trying to give directions to someone who has never been to Kalkan before. I have searched the internet but can only find Google maps which don't really do what I want. All guidance appreciated

I did look at KTLN but they only have an interactive map and I'm looking for one I can print out. My friends will not have internet access while in Kalkan. The KTLN one is also very 'busy' with pins everywhere and only a scrolling index. The map I am thinking of had all the restaurants listed at the bottom with a number corresponding to where they were on the map. The map itself was a simplified one and not to scale. I just wish to god I could remember where I came across it!

I know the map your talking about, I have seen it as well, I think I even printed it off    I'm sure it was on KTLN

Try kalkanturkey.com. There is a simple map on it which we used years ago when we first came out.

Think I may have found the map on KTLN.  From home page click on Kalkan Street Map (blue writing) which should come up with Eating out & Bars and at the bottom of this page is an attachment to download - KTLN Food & Drink Map 2010 - hope this is the one!

I tried to download the attachment from KTLN but it says you have to be logged in and I AM!!!



To celebrate KTLN's first anniversary on 1st April 2010, we have created something for our members - a handy A4 sized Food & Drink map of Kalkan, (using Google maps), that you can print off and take with you. It is taken from from the same database, as the interactive Kalkan Map mentioned above.

This 2 page PDF document is attached, below.  The map is on page one, and the key on page two. Click on the icon below to download.

Sure it may be a little out of date but all my old favourites are still there

To KTLN: I raise my eyebrows and 'tut' slowly.....Look forward to 2012 update. Many Thanks for 2010. When I read reviews, I now know where they are!!
