Villa Help - The Turquoise Collection

Hello everyone,

I am so excited - we will be coming to Kalkan this July!  I have already booked a villa for part of our group, and am now looking for one for the rest of the group.   I have been looking at some through The Turquoise Collection.  Is this a reputable company? 

These are the ones I am considering - Does anybody know anything about them? Would you be able to tell me anything about the location of these?  Are the distances to town listed accurately?

Hi everyone,  I have received further info about the locations of these villas.  The are actually two that I am interested in that are available.

I was told that to see the location, just put these coordinates in google maps:  36.266465,29.403526

Would you guys mind looking at it and letting me know your opinion? Is it too far out?

I'm not sure if you know Kalkan at all, but Villa Fosa can be found by going up Kalamar road until the Elixar hotel is reached. Turn right up the concrete road and the villla faces you. 15 minute leisurely walk down hill to the town. Cafe Vita restaurant is close by and there is a small supermarket 50 m away.
It is definately not too far out !

We stayed at Villa Nergis in 2009 when it was available through Tapestry.  It was beautiful and we would stay there again.  I have had a look at the co-ordinates for Villa Fosa and it is right next to Villa Nergis.

The walk from the villa to town took us about 10-15 minutes going but a bit longer coming back, the Kalamar Road is fairly level but there is a section of steep hill to negotiate. 

Don't know about the other villas and don't have any experience with The Turquoise Collection.

Whatever you decide you will love Kalkan.

Do Read Their Small Print, They do make it clear that they are not a Tour Operator and do NOT HAVE ABTA OR ATOL BONDING.

I know Fosa, and what everyone is saying about the distances is correct. You can also book through Discerning Collection who do have ATOL protection if that's a concern for you as it is on their website as is Villa Nergis.
