Catering for private villa wedding

Hi there everyone,

I'm thrilled to say that my fiance and I are getting married in Kalkan during September this year.
We are to be married at a private villa location (which is easy enough to organise) however we would really appreciate some recommendations on outside catering for the wedding breakfast.

We would like to find caterers/resturant that can provide service to us at the villa, i.e provide all food and drink, as well as seating/tables and all table wear etc.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be gratefully received!

you could take a look at   www.kalkanconcierge.com      they have quite a bit on offer including wedding stuff.i don't know what they are like though.....................congratulations

If you ask a different restaurants that you like you may find that they are able to help.  Last year we used Baharat for food for a party we were having.  We didn't need tables and chairs but they provided the food, crockery, cutlery and food warmers.   They were great and I would definately recommend them.

We attended a friends wedding that Kalkan Concierge has arranged, I must say it was amazing and the couple (who are close friends) were most happy with the service and efficiency. It was a really laid back day but everything went very smoothly and appeared to be very organised. Sounds like they are the leaders in this field.

Thanks, thats a great idea................I will tell Billy and Esra.    They catered for my wifes 50th ( sorry love ! ) OMG, what a fantastic success ...........they suppiled everything, food , drinks, dec's to the villa, tables and chairs, waiters etc, they even had music cd's.  When it was all over ( early morning ) they cleaned up everything and took away any stuff they had brought with them - tables chairs, plates etc -   It was great getting up the next morning to a sparkling clean villa..........we were all so pleased as there were one or two - at least - sore heads and the last thing we wanted to do was start to clean up the mess      Highly recommened

Hi Ali......congratulations.

I am one for the Kalkan Concierge camp.

Myself and Anita got married in Kalkan in September 2009, Kalkan Concierge project managed the whole occasion including the wedding buffet.  Everything went very smoothly and the attention to detail excellent.

Certainly worth contacting them.
