Villa wanted near to town any suggestions plse.

We are looking for a villa for next year but want it to be near to town as we will be bringing 2 small grandchildren. We need one that sleeps 6 people (4 adults 2 kids) If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it would like a nice airy modern one and not too expensive. many thanks Chrissy
