Has anyone booked their flights for 2011 yet?
Ive been looking for June and the cheapest I can find is £602 return for 2 people

Hi,

Yes, we booked in June with Monarch when they announced new scheduled flights from Luton to DLM. Booked for the last two weeks of May 2011 for a great price of £368 for two including 20kg luggage. Think they have reasonable prices for June from Manchester.

Ooh not much of a saving there then . Have you tried Jet2? Other than that it will be a case of waiting for Easyjet to release their schedule I think.

We have 17 nights booked for July next year, think it was £400 for 2 of us. Onur Air for us again but "touch wood" used them loads of times and not had any problem so far..........

Skyscanner is showing some really cheap flights Jon, Thomas cook returns for £50 in June 2011.

Sorry to say this, but I have just checked Skyscanner and Thomas Cook (the former being only a search engine) and you will be lucky to come up with a return flight under £200 in June 2011. Skyscanner is quoting different flight companies for the outward and return. Cheapest return is Thomas Cook - £54. Cheapest outward £124 with Onur. Add on luggage and it takes you to £200+

When do easyjet release their flights for next summer?

Usually October time for the following summer, but I think they were released a bit earlier than that last year. Best way to find out is to register with them and they will send you an e-mail when they release the flights - if you've flown with them before, this will happen automatically.
Keep checking EK as generally some kind soul will let members know when the new flights are released too

This year we had booked for nearly a month before they informed us flights were on sale!!..best to keep checking....

...and I think the Manchester flights were released before the Gatwick ones, as I recall. So you lucky southerners got a "heads-up"!

Hi Booked two flights for sept 2011 with Monarch £550 inc prebooked seats , luggage etc from Manchester. good flight times , on a saturday - could have got cheaper with Jet 2 but night time flights on the Friday - Couldn't find anything that would be considered really cheap despite being so early and decided not to hang on for easy Jet as didn't like the flight times this year . Did notice that Thomas Cook and thomnson were really expensive.
