Samira gardens 2011 prices

We are having a couple of problems getting confirmed prices for the Samira Gardens for June 2011 but I seem to remember a chalk board near the barbers next to omar sharifs brothers place quoting I think £200 pw for June with 15% off for two weeks, can anyone going out or already there confirm it please?
