Antler's Wednesday - The Meditterranean Apartment

  It’s Day 5 and Holiday Mode kicks in. Today we were going to do…..nothing.
   
  The cleaner arrived to do the room. She spent two and a half hours cleaning & polishing everything on her weekly clean. Afterwards, it was like a new pin.
   
  I popped out for some fresh bread & called into Chillies to post my blog. Mr Happy & Toni were a bit fragile. They were at Mojito & Ignite last night and enjoyed themselves; they had bumped into The Lads, who had arrived home just before sunrise, managing to coordinate the key and the keyhole quite well, just before Mrs A and I got up for breakfast. The cleaner cleaned around them.
   
  The Mediterranean Apartments are behind the Samira Gardens Hotel & Dionysia Hotel, the last buildings on the coast looking out to sea. It has 5 pools in different locations, and I must admit, I’m rather impressed with it all. The views are lovely, and from the Juliet Balcony, we can see nothing but Bougainvillea, the Olive Groves and most of Kalkan Bay. From the main downstairs balcony we look out over the hills behind Kalkan, and there, framed in the middle, we can see The Mediteran – the perfect view for me.
   
  But the end building of the complex has a very different view. Some of the Apartments face in land directly onto the Samira Gardens Hotel, where some of the hotel rooms have showers with a clear glass wall outside, like a modern hotel lift. A very different view while you eat your Sultana Bran!
   
  A small black & white cat came in off the landing this morning, probably wanting some of the Tuna Salad we were having here for lunch. He gave up, went onto our balcony, curled up and is still asleep there now, in his own little, safe paradise.
   
  We mentioned going to Adams tomorrow night to a very nice lady down by the pool. She said she knew Adam and that he really could dance!  Wow, is this right Adam?!  I feel some movement coming on later……!  But first we were to have some Magic down at Kaya Restaurant. Hang on to your watch!!

Love reading your reports Antler! Our family are travelling to Kalkan for the first time on 31st July and my sister and I have you at celebrity status! I think you said you were over for 17 days so our stay overlaps I believe! So if 2 mad blonde women come and ask you your shorts size you know it's us! Mid you we don't know what you look like!

We are both getting so much from reading your blogs and countdown has well and truely begun! We can't wait!

Now... don't tell anyone but..... if you click on 'Gallery' at the top of the forum screen (Not the EK Gallery)
 
Hit 'Search' (the Forum Gallery) then search for "Antler" in 'Search For' and then "Antler" in the 'Posted by' then you will be able to see said reporter in a couple of pix.
 
Go find him and admire the shorts!!!!
