hi its our first time to kalkan and turkey the first two weeks of september.we usually holiday in zante but both of us fancied a change.really looking forward to getting out n about during the day.i was inspired to book this part of turkey by a photo of the ampitheatre at kas so when i can drag the other half away from the pool we will do a bit of exploring.we both like to chill out on a night with a nice meal and a few drinks.cannot wait to try a few of the places mentioned on the forum from top end to budget.thanks to everybody for posting reviews and replies theres plenty of usefull information on here.

Hey welcome aboard Gazman.....you aren't alone in leaving the Eurozone,Although Kalkan is pricey by Turkish standards it's nowhere near as bad as some holiday destinations that were old favourites but have hammered prices!
