sandal restaurant

We have booked a villa in August near Kalamar bay, just off the Kalamar road I think and the booking agent has reccommended Sandals as our first meal for 8 of us, has anyone any views about this restaurant. We like good food and don't mind paying if it is nice but also like a good atmosphere and service, if that helps!!

Sandals is excellent on all counts.  Save room for their delicious puddings.

We ate there a couple of times, once for meze after our boat trip and again for an evening meal.  The food is very good, and quite a bit cheaper than the other restaurants in the harbour.

The meal was excellent. The hot chocolate pudding was to die for and I am not usually a pudding person. We shared it as it was too much for one after the two previous courses. One of our party had the vegetarian Raviolli and said it was the best pasta he has ever had.

Agreed on the pasta.  The Ottoman beef yahni is quality too

Thanks to everyone for your replies, really looking forward to it now. In fact I'm looking forward to Kalkan full stop, everyone seems to fall in love with the place when they visit!!

As I read your posts, I fell hunger. I still have two weeks of vacation. I think this place will be the best place to go. I'm gonna try all their foods there as you have said.
