The new bit of road down to the harbour

Can anyone tell me how they are doing with the new bit of road leading from the Kalamar Road down to the harbour that will free traffic from the 2 currently busy roundabouts? Thanks

Road now concreted, so I guess just waiting for the concrete to cure. Steps have been in use for some time.
