Gosh K4E if you walk up those steps, your 2nd weeks clothes will be loose and by the 3rd week your clothes will be positively hanging off you!!     

TF is right! We took an apartment in North Majorca that was cut into a hillside above the sea; 172 steps up to it (which the owners took pains to warn potential customers about)
I ate and drank with no restrictions for 2 weeks and came back 3 lbs lighter! (and I struggle with my weight)
