I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Doy Doy ....Mehmet, Sinan, Koray, Embra, Dogan etc.the fantastic food and excellent service we received last week, glad to hear you are going to be open thoughout the winter, we will be back as soon as we can.

Still my clear favourite and I am chuffed that they will be open for longer, as Mrs E and I celebrate(?) ten years together on Nov 1 and that's where we'll be.  Call me biased if you wish.....

I hope they will stay open but last year at this time, they said they were staying open and then closed a week later.

We returned to Doy Doy this year after a few year's absence....no particular reason why, just others took over as our favourites. Had a lovely meal when we were there a couple of weeks ago - the steak was fantastic...and free bracelets to celebrate our homecoming

Not as good as last year! Steaks at Nar were far better and staff were not as attentive

I was just told that they will close for most of November and early December then open again for the festive period, so that's our New Year's Eve meal sorted.  Perhaps another visit or two before the end of the month too!

We went to Doy Doy tonight and have to say it was not so good as it has been in previous years. We had not booked and were shown to an unprepared table, although there were tables laid out with cutlery glasses etc. which were not occupied during our stay. We had their complementary Garlic Bread, which was nice, then our main meal. I had the DoyDoy fillet Steak which was ok but not up to the standard of the Alternatif steak, my OH had lamb chops, she said ok but greasy. No bread with meal and not asked if all was ok or asked if we required anything else.  We were offered coffee etc. when I asked for the bill.  Although ok not up to the standards of others on this occasion.
