Just got back......

....from an amazing 10 day holiday in Kalkan.
It was my first time ever in Turkey, and my wife and I loved every minute.
We stayed in the 'Happy' for a few days, and then moved to the 'Mediteran' for a week for a friends wedding.
The hotels were different but both fantastic. Staff so friendly and both very reasonable with amazing views.
The town is beautiful and again everyone is so friendly.
Had plenty of after dinner drinks @Trio, and some great food at Sandals, Aubergine, Fez - In fact I think you would struggle to have a bad meal anywhere in Kalkan !! We loved it and are looking to book up next years trip already !!
Thanks for all the info on this site, it was a great help and will be keeping an eye on it for the next 10 months until I return !!

Thanks for sharing your report with us - sounds like you've been bitten by the Kalkan bug like lot's of us on here.

Ahmed looked after the whole wedding, and was very organised (although he always looked so chilled you often wondered !!!) I was one of the ushers and used him as my 'go to' man all day and he didn't let me down once. The venue looked amazing, the tables were beautifully laid out, and the pool area also. You will have an amazing day !
