assault in Kalkan

Whilst I cannot find the message requesting the truth in a serious assault wihich took place 10 days ago in Kalkan I can assure you that it is true and the perpetrator is still working in Kalkan.  The lady in question did not call the jandarma because she was so scared and admist reassurances of the "so called friends" that he would be removed from the village.  He is still here and really all women should be aware that not all the "friendly" people are not so frienldy!

Should this not be factually documented on KTLN then as local news as opposed posted on an discussion forum?

I cannot see what there is to discuss - This is a matter for the Jandarma and the individuals concerned.

I just want to re-iterate that the "assault in Kalkan" thread is a matter for the parties involved and not something for an open discussion forum. Creating new topics does not by-pass this decision.

There may be some debate about censorship of the forum, this should be taken into context. Posting allegations on a public internet forum under a fictitious pseudonym does not mean you are exempt from liability.

Members who consistently breach EK guidelines will have a warning placed on their account.

I trust this clarifies the situation.
