Hi will be there from the 24 april for ten days , painting and drinking large amounts of effs all wellcome to join us , but you have to have your painting hat on , and come in your drinking pants

Hi Folks
I am counting the days till next Thur.7th. when we will arrive in Kalkan. This is our first visit but
having browsed this site for the past few weeks we feel know the place already.
We are staying at an apartment at the Nur hotel for two weeks.
It would be great to make some new friends while we are there,we will be easy to find as my wife
Carole will be the one swimming 50 or so lengths of the pool every morning about 8 a.m..I will
be the one drinking coffee and counting.Looking forword to meeting any one who enjoys a blether
over a drink or a good meal.Feel free to say hello and join us.

Hi, I''ve just found this website, and it''s really helpful. We go to Kalkan for the first time on 25th May for two weeks, staying at the Lykia Residence & Spa. Is anyone else staying there at the same time?

Hi Jackie and welcome. Its supposed to be spot on there. A good choice by all accounts. Personally can`t give you much feedback but the regulars on here are so helpfull and will fill you in. Enjoy Kalkan.

Hi Jackie

We visited the Lykia last week when we out there. Jon had a tour around and he said it was stunning and the rooms were lovely. I visited the spa which was great, the views are amazing and the pool and bar area are beautiful too. I''m sure you will have a wonderful time there- please post a report when you get back so we can all hear what it was like.

Lucky you, Jackie. We''ve been watching the place go up and I''ve been checking it out on line. It looks fabulous - we''ll be paying a visit when we are there this year. It will be great to know what staying there is actually like, so please do let us know when you get back.

21st July for 3 weeks for us - and then one week in September without the kids - woo hoo!

The 8 weeks is only a one off for this year, due to the fact that my daughter is doing her GCSEs at the moment, so we had to sacrifice our 2 weeks in May, and add them to the summer holiday

29th July for 4 weeks. Staying 1st week in Hisaronu with friends we met a few years ago who have their own apartments then coming home to Kalkan for 3 weeks. Can`t wait this time as we missed our week at Easter. Toffeelad.

We''re off to Kalkan tomorrow for 2 weeks and hope to try some new places that we haven''t been to before - Chops in Islamlar, Nars, Gironda at Coast, Kalamaki, Cafe Vita as well as our old favourites. We are also looking forward to the music nights at Nur and will be cheering along Felicity and the Wellie Belly dancers next Thursday at Kleo Bar!
