Highly recommended property mgr looking for a part-time work

We are looking for some extra property management work for a capable and experienced English-speaking Turkish man who works for us half-time.  Below is his background & qualifications:
 
Married with 1 child of 4.  Worked for Yelken Hotel for about 5 years.  Worked at Villa Mahal for 1 season, then came to us full-time in late October 2005. We no longer need someone full-time (only 1/2 day) so are looking for 1-3 other properties for him to care for to maintain his current level of income, health and pension benefits.
 
He can ...
 
-- speak understandable English
-- take care of gardens & trees
-- keep pools and pool reservoirs in excellent condition
-- do light repairs, painting of wrought iron, etc. & light electrical work such as changing transformers
-- make phone calls in Turkish to suppliers or maintenance people
-- bring workers for any kind of job
-- keep keys and do regular house checks
-- greet renters and provide info (renters have said they were well looked after by him)
-- feed and care for cats and dogs (we have 2 dogs & 4 cats, he has lots of experience!)
-- he has a car and can run errands (gas to be reimbursed if more than occasional)
-- pay bills
-- clean house (next year his wife will be available for housework too)
-- clean water reservoirs
-- grill meat and serve guests
-- general tasks and maintenance

Thanks for your enquiry.  For now the man has all the work he can handle.  In any case, Islamlar would be too far as he is now working for 3 people between Kisla and Kisiltas.
