Info for Newbie please!

Hi, I am coming to Kalkan on 22nd Sept for 2 weeks, its my second visit. I would be very interested to hear from anyone who now owns propterty and lives in Kalkan. I am thinking of maybe buying in about 6 months and would live there maybe one month and then back to the UK for one month. It would be nice to know if there was a nice community of friendly residents there to get to know.

My partner is an Osteopath and I am a professional investory clerk, checking tenents in and our of propterties and we also wondered in we could eventually work there in these capacities. Any feedback would be most welcome.
