I hear the ''mayor'' is up for election next year and there''s a bit of a scramble to get certain things approved.  Does this mean he''s on the way out??  Layla x

Layla. I''m sure the mayor is on his way out and that will mean a lot of activity within the municipality before his due date of departure. Planning applications,for example, could be on the increase.
Not sure whether the silver merc is a perk of the post.
