CAR HIRE / CLEAN DRIVING LICENSE?

We are planning to hire a car from Adda during our August trip to Kalkan and wonder if you need to have a clean driving license to hire a car or if there will be an increase in the costs for not having a clean license?
The license in question has a 3 point speeding penalty on it.

Non EU dosent matter.....might do if you use Avis etc.
