roundabouts in turkey ???

we will be  driving for the first time in turkey in a weeks time , i was wondering about the regulations on driving around roundabouts . are  they similar to the rules in the UK with directions reversed ?

no it is as for Greece, you give way on the roundabouts! In working practice people drive around the wrong way/ drive across/ gÅŸive way to them them etc etc. Fortunately there aren''t many round abouts in Turkey, and most bigger ones have traffic lights.
Best to treat any junctions with caution.

kasska the thing to remember is to give way to your right - I still say that to myself everytime I approach a roundabout just to be sure!  However lots of people aren''t quite so courteous so as Mercimek says, approach with caution even if it is your right of way.
