We had a lovely walk on Sunday, (Sancakli to Bel via Bogazici and Sidyma 14km) thanks to everyone who came.
Next Sundays walk is the next stage of The Lycian Way, which is from Bel to Pydnai via Gavuragili, approx 13km.

Hi Joss
Just to let you know that there will be a walk next Sunday (26th Oct).
If you wish to go, you will have to get to the petrol station in Kalkan for 08.00am.
Please let us know before Friday, as we will need to book your seats on the bus.
Walk is approx 13km, and you will need water and a packed lunch, and hopefully sun screen.

We had a good walk yesterday (23 people). Very nice to meet new walkers and the weather was very kind to us.
For those on the forum who have already expressed interest in doing a walk next Sunday (2nd Nov) we will be walking from Kapakli to Kekova, approx 13km. Not too much climbing involved and a nice coastal walk.
Please let us know before Friday as we need numbers for the bus.
We will be leaving Kalkan at 08.00am. The meeting place is up the road between the Kaya restaurant and Tesko supermarket.

There will be a walk on Sunday 7th December from Phellos to Kas.
Walk is approx 10km, but there is quite a long downhill into Kas at the end.
Walking boots or strong trainers a must.
Meeting at usual place at 8.30am.
Please let us know if you wish to go as we need numbers for the bus.

Unfortunately we will miss this walk again but wondered if there was any plans for a walk at Christmas/New Year. Four of us did the walk from Akbel to the Roman Viaduct last Christmas then back up the new road.The first part was fantastic but the walk back up the road was just a boring slog. We have heard great things from our friends who have their place in the top of the old town who walk with you at the beginning and end of the season.It would be great to finally make one ourselves! We fly in on the 27th from Manchester with Onur Air.
