Dalaman Airport - advice

I''ve seen both on this forum and by googling the airport that the cost of refreshments at Dalaman are extortionate.  I see folk advise to take your own snacks and bottles of water with you to save getting ripped off at the airport.  Does this mean that there are none of the restrictions on taking liquids air-side like we have here (i.e. no more than 100ml per container to fit in one small resealable plastic bag)?

Thanks for the info John - that''s great to know.  We''ll certainly stock up before we head off to the airport - £4 for a packet of crisps  ...seems only yesterday I could get a packet of Golden Wonder for 2 1/2p!!

You can take liquids through Dalaman with no problem. They did ask to look inside our bag yesterday, however we had 5 litres of olive oil in a can in our rucksack!
