We bought a property in Kalkan at the end of last summer (2014) and are now getting to know the little town properly and absolutely love it. We're from Brackley, a little market town 20 minutes north of Oxford. Look forward to meeting some of you in the future.

Sorry to sound a miserable person but surely, if you are renting a property out that you have recently purchased, the most important thing was to be aware of your location in the first instance, how can you advise your renters if you not aware of your surroundings & local interests etc also any possible local problems.
