Anyone who think it is ok repair?

I have the last 4 years had different painters
To repair cracks on the outside walls of an apartment
With more or less same result.
The crack and 5-10cm on both sides are plastered
With some white material before finishing of
With final paint.
The end result is worse than the small crack
Which they tried to repair.
The problem is that they do not finish the surface
So that it looks like the surface of the rest of the
Wall. So the repair work become very visible.
So my question to all (after trying 4 painters with same
Result):  can anyone suggest a good painter which
Are able to do repairwork without so that the
Actual repair fits in with the rest of the wall and
Not looks like the wall was initially?
Apreciate if somebody could give reccomendations to good worksmen/painters. :)
It is rather frustrating to pay for something to be
Repaired ending up with results worse than before the repair.
If We find a good painer then I belive that we are going to have the repairwork already
Made repaired again  :). That means pay for repairing something which should have been
Done at least reasonable acceptable in the first place/repair.
