Efes Draught
« on: March 28, 2015, 11:16:56 PM »
I noticed today in their advertising mag that a certain German supermarket who's name is an anagram of a herb is selling 500ml bottles of Efes Draught for £1:25 from Monday, good luck on finding any.

Mmm!! Trade descriptions act!! Draught beer is beer served from a Barrel or keg or cask by definition rather than from a bottle...If I find any in the herb supermarket I shall demand free samples or I will grass them up >:D >:D
People Of Britain.. When your missus asks "Does my bum look big in this? Never say "Dunno your blocking the light."... just sayin ????

 ta ta for now

Efes at about 4TL is a winner no matter what they call it, I'm a bitter drinker at home & only drink blonde beer on holiday but do like an Efes as I do San Miguel if I go to Spain. Just hope my local shop has the offer in store.

Sometimes this supermarket sells beer in a large tin with a tap - sort of draught - but I doubt it will be £1.25 :o
Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt :)

Yesterday, our local herb supermarket was selling it at £1.49, so bought a few for OIi - as it had cast me over 3 quid to get there, lol!!

A lunchtime nip to the "herb" shop & because I forgot to take a bag with me I had to buy a box of 12 as I had no other means of carrying it. They must've changed it as Antler says it's £1:49 a 50cl bottle of those lovely blue label ones. If the sun comes out I'll have to fill a bowl up with water and have a paddle whilst drinking one tonight.
