Start up cost for limited Company

Hello! Has anyone out there recently started a limited company in order purchase property/land outside of town(s) very interested in initial stary up cost and ongoing mo thusly/annual accountancy related cost/taxes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as not much found googling.

The monthly on-going cost was TL300 and you had to show 1 Turkish employee.  There is also a separate annual payment of another 300TL for something I never understood.  This is as of 2 years ago, maybe different now.

Some recent posts on KTLN   and in overseas property shows/magazines  also suggest   laws & processes are soon to be changed / relaxed  to make it easier to purchase land /property outside towns,   i.e. without the need to set up or buy into existing limited company,  not sure  when it  or if it will happen !.   Some will also say this is a bit of a contradiction  i.e making it easier to purchase property/land   but at the same time more challenging   in terms of how many days you can stay dependent  on  residency  visa  types

Not sure that a foreigner can still set up a company to purchase village property.
