Kalkan with a toddler

Please can someone recommend accommodation which is suitable for two families with young toddlers? (i.e balcony must be safe, ideally have a safe garden area etc).

Also, given that it is hilly for pushchairs and we will probably need to use taxis, what do you do about car seats?
